*All sowing and Giving is given directly to Shalayna (The individual) as a Support and love gift

* At this time Giving is not Tax Deductible. Please note that when you give you are sowing a love gift directly to Shalayna the individual person and not to a church or non profit organization. Violating these terms may result in termination and revoked access to the product with no refund.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Including any Digital Programs/services, Courses, Workshops, or Master classes and ALL live virtual & in person events that You purchased with us which have a NO refund policy).

Your Order Cancellation Rights
For all products purchased through Shalayna Janelle International and Shalaynajanelle.com (including digital products, online courses and workshops) due to the nature of them being digital products we do not offer refunds because you don't like the product or you decide you no longer want the product. Shalayna has worked hard to create valuable products and stands by her courses and trainings. We are looking for serious students who are committed to the process and doing the work. If  a product you purchased happens to be defective please contact  "Contact@shalaynajanelle.com" and we will rectify the issue.

For all digital downloads: (items that are able to be downloaded immediately after purchasing) We have a strict No Refund policy. Due to the nature of the purchase(s) being a digital download.


The following Goods cannot be returned:

Live Virtual or In person events are not eligible for refunds. A live virtual or in person event can only be refunded if the event has been canceled without a postpone for the future. If the event has been postponed we cannot issue a refund.

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
